William L Greene of Brea, California, (native of Schenectady, NY) went home to be with the Lord in his home at age 77 on July 14, 2011. William was a devout Christian, loving husband, brother, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Greene also was a U.S. Army Veteran who served his country in the Korean War from 1951 – 1954. Once home from the war, Bill joined the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades as a carpenter, and then became a General Contractor where he retired in 1991.
Bill Greene leaves behind his wife, Audrey Greene – Brea, CA, Daughter Brenda Berger – Oregon, Son Marcus Greene – Fullerton, CA, Daughter Danielle Moulton – Orange, CA, Daughter Deborah Baldwin – Colorado, and Brother David Greene – Mission Viejo, CA, 13 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
A Military burial will be held at 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2011, at the Arlington National Cemetery at 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518, and Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2011, at the First Evangelical Free Church, 2801 Brea Blvd., Fullerton, CA 92835. Services will be conducted by Andre Bustanoby.
