Mae Cox Prohazka of Simsbury, CT, beloved wife of the late George J. Prohazka, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2013. She is survived by a son Craig Prohazka, PhD, of Durham, NC and Donna Prohazka, MD, MS, of Marshfield, WI.

The memorial service and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of choice. Hayes-Huling & Carmon Funeral Home of Granby has care of the arrangements.
