Remarriage - most parents who move on and marry someone else do find it difficult to put money aside to support their children. Do not rush into marriage, settle the maintenance issues first.

Do not use your kids as pawns: "if you don't pay this much, you won't see the kids." That is very short-sighted because kids need their parent whether they are rich or not. Try and be fair, and share responsibility.
