1. THE MANING OF CHRISTMAS - WHAT DOES CHRISTMAS REPRESENT TO YOU?

Year after year we celebrate this precious day in various ways according to our different family traditions. Some people go on holidays with friends and family while others celebrate with big family meals and beautiful new clothes and toys for their kids. But how many of us consciously, on purpose seek to find ways to celebrate this precious day in the true spirit of the season - and of the day?

As the quotation by Calvin Coolidge says, Christmas is a state of mind. I believe it is. Christmas is in how we live as we reflect on our lives and seek to do better. It is in how we touch lives and make someone else's load a little lighter. It is in the sharing of love, joy, peace, and self.

2. A MERRY CHALLENGE FOR YOU

No matter how we look at it, Unconditional Love, Giving, Unity and Forgiveness are at the heart of Christmas. I challenge you to be purposefully merry this Christmas by, at the very least, reflecting on something good that you can do for somebody in need, even if you can only do that after Christmas. If you can bless someone this Christmas, that would be wonderful.
